Lighting efficiency technology is always in the news these days .  We make reflectors to maximize this efficiency in new installations or retrofits.  These are made to order so tooling will be required at a reasonable cost.

We can apply satin finishes to your spun part or have them polishing, metalizing, anodizing or painting at one of our suppliers.

We carry a large inventory of aluminum circles in various diameters and thicknesses in 1100 series.  In addition we can circle shear, aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and more.

Tooling is required for making custom parts, but prices start at only $250.00, depending on size.

 

We can add holes or notches as needed to your part.  Tooling would be required for multiple hole patterns or side punching.  Drilling is also an option for small runs.  Tooling costs vary with dynamics of parts.

TIG and MIG welding of your parts in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.  Brazing, and soldering of other metals is also available.
